Yes, we offer personal training sessions to help you get familiarized with ArtBinder and ensure you are getting the most out of our customizable software. We are available via phone, Skype, and in person, whatever is most convenient for you!
In addition, your ArtBinder subscription includes ongoing support. If you have any questions or issues, contact your Account Manager and we will get back to you in a timely manner. We are available by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+1.212.896.8922) Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm EST. If you are in a different time zone, we are happy to schedule a call at a convenient time for you.
We are also available before and during any fairs you might be attending for additional support. We love to travel, so there is a good chance we will be on site. Don’t hesitate to reach out and ask us to drop by.
