To create a Contact, click the “Contacts” section on the top navigation bar from the home screen. From the drop down menu select “Contacts”, which will bring you to the main page.
On the left side menu, you can select “Create New Contact” where you can fill out information on the given contact. You can also choose to add an image for each contact. After you have finished filling out all the relevant information, press the Save button in the top right corner of the page and a new Contact will be added to your account.
Within the Contact page you will also be given the option to check off a box that allows you to list the business name as the contact name. For example, if you have a shipping company that you want to include as a contact, this is how you would indicate that it is a company rather than an individual.
As always, you have the option to view your Contacts in a list or grid format. You can edit this from the main Contact page where there is the icon for the both list and grid located in the top right hand corner of the screen to the left of the Filter/Sort function.
