My Report failed. How do I re-run a Report?


If your Report failed, the Report name will be greyed out with a “!” icon next to it. From the Exported Reports page, you can choose to “Try Again” or “Delete” the Report.

Smaller reports should generate quickly and be immediately available for download from the Exported Reports page. Larger Reports often take longer to generate and may be listed as “still working…” on the Exported Reports page. If a Report is taking longer than average to generate, try refreshing the page.
