User Permissions are settings you can apply within an account per User. User Permissions are defined as Administrator and Standard. For either Permission option, you have the ability to set permissions on the varying tools across your account, including field visibility, access to financials, and more. These permissions can be set to:
EDIT - The user can see the information field or feature and can make changes.
VIEW ONLY - The user can see the information field or feature but cannot make changes.
BLOCKED - The user cannot see the information field or feature and cannot make changes.
User Permissions can be set for each individual User by any Administrator. To proceed, go to your Organization Settings > Devices & Users page. To set permissions as an Administrator, you can click into each User profile, and select Edit Permissions. A pop-up module will appear. Once you’ve set your permission options, click Save.
