Export your Contacts to a .csv from the full Contact list or Contact Group. (See How can I export my Contacts?)
- Select as many Contacts as you would like by checking the box in the top left corner of the contact card.
- After you have selected all of the Contacts that you would like to export, you have a number of options shown in the left-hand menu, including:
- Export to .csv File
- Open the .csv File and "Save As" an Excel filetype .xlsx
You can then use the Microsoft Word Mail Merge feature to create address labels. The mail merge process creates a sheet of mailing labels that you can print to multiple Avery label templates.
